ونظراً لأن تحقيق هذا الهدف قد يستغرق وقتاً بسبب قلة الموارد، فإن اللجنة تحث الدولة الطرف على منح الأولوية لزيادة الحد الأدنى للمعاشات التقاعدية وضمان توجيه الإعانات الاجتماعية إلى أشد الأسرة حاجة.

92- بما أن مصداقية إقامة العدل ضرورية لاتخاذ تدابير وقائية فعالة، فإن اللجنة تحث الدولة الطرف على ضمان التحقيق في أي اشتباه في تواطؤ الموظفين الحكوميين والمعاقبة عليه.

61. the Committee urges the State party to review all existing laws and amend remaining discriminatory provisions so that they become compatible with the Convention and the Committee's general recommendations.
61 - لذلك فإن اللجنة تحث الدولة الطرف على استعراض جميع القوانين القائمة وتعديل الأحكام التمييزية المتبقية لتحقيق الانسجام بينها وبين الاتفاقية والتوصيات العامة للجنة.

Although the number of these incidents has diminished recently, the Committee urges the State party to strengthen existing educational measures for civil servants who deal with issues involving foreigners, including asylumseekers, and German nationals of foreign origin.

27. In accordance with its general recommendation No. 19 recognizing that violence against women is a form of discrimination against women and thus constitutes a violation of their human rights under the Convention, the Committee urges the State party to place high priority on establishing and implementing comprehensive measures to address all forms of violence against women and girls.
