Mr. President, your presence in the chair is a testimony of the absence of Her Excellency Ambassador and now Minister Fayza Aboulnaga, a dear colleague and friend who is sorely missed here in Geneva by many of her friends, but whose imprint on the work of this Conference and other international forums will continue to be felt.
