٤٠ - واختتمت قائلة إنه نظرا لما سبق ذكره، فإن الوفد الكرواتي يرى بأن اعتماد فترة أساس إحصائية أقصر من شأنه أن يسفر عن جدول أنصبة مقررة أكثر واقعية ويراعي الحالة الاقتصادية الحقيقية لكل دولة عضو.
