8. Peru fully shares the unanimous conclusion of the International Court of Justice (advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice of 8 July 1996)2 that there exists an obligation for all States to pursue in good faith and bring to a conclusion negotiations leading to nuclear disarmament in all its aspects under strict and effective international control.
8 - وتشاطر بيرو تماما الاستنتاج الذي توصلت إليه محكمة العدل الدولية بالإجماع (فتوي محكمة العدل الدولية الصادرة في 8 تموز/يوليه 1996)(2) والذي يفيد أن ثمة التزاما قائما بالسعي بحُسن نية إلى إجراء مفاوضات تفضي إلى نزع السلاح النووي بكافة جوانبه في ظل رقابة دولية صارمة وفعالة.
