26. The bureau also reported to the Conference that it had examined the credentials submitted and found them to be in order.
26- وأبلغ المكتب المؤتمر أيضا بأنه فحص وثائق التفويض المقدّمة ووجدها مستوفية للشروط المطلوبة.

Pursuant to rule 11, paragraph 2, of the rules of procedure of the Commission, the Bureau reported to the Commission at its 9th plenary meeting, on 7 May 1997, that it had examined the credentials submitted by delegations attending the sixteenth session of the Commission and had found them to be in order.
٢٢ - وعملا بالفقـرة ٢ مـن المـادة ١١ من النظام الداخلي للجنة، أبلغ المكتب اللجنة، في جلستها العامة التاسعة المعقودة ٧ أيار/ مايو ٧٩٩١، بأنه تم فحص وثائق التفويض المقدمة من الوفود التي تحضر الدورة السادسة عشرة للجنة ووجد أنها مطابقة لﻷصول.

19. Pursuant to the above-mentioned rule, the Bureau reported to the Commission at its 3rd plenary meeting, on 1 May 1995, that it had examined the credentials submitted by delegations attending the fifteenth session of the Commission and had found them to be in order.
١٩ - وعملا بالمادة المذكورة أعلاه، أبلغ المكتب اللجنة في جلستها العامة الثالثة المعقودة في ١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٥، بأنه قد فحص وثائق التفويض المقدمة من الوفود التي تحضر الدورة الخامسة عشرة للجنة ووجد أنها مطابقة لﻷصول.

The Bureau must then examine such credentials and report on them without delay to the Commission.
وينبغي علي المكتب فحص وثائق التفويض وتقديم تقرير عنها دون تأخير إلي اللجنة.

26. Pursuant to rule 11, paragraph 2, of the rules of procedure of the Commission, the Bureau reported to the Commission at its 9th plenary meeting, on 14 May 1999, that it had examined the credentials submitted by delegations attending the seventeenth session of the Commission and had found them to be in order.
دال - وثائق التفويض ٦٢ - وعملا بالفقرة ٢ من المادة ١١ من النظام الداخلي للجنة، أبلغ المكتب اللجنة في جلستها العامة التاسعة، المعقودة في ٤١ أيار/ مايو ٩٩٩١، بأنه قد فحص وثائق التفويض المقدمة من الوفود التي تحضر الدورة السابعة عشرة للجنة ووجد أنها مطابقة لﻷصول.

In pursuance of rule 16, paragraph 2 of the rules of procedure of the Governing Council, the Bureau reported to the Governing Council at its 7th plenary meeting, on 8 April 2005, that it had examined the credentials submitted by delegations attending the twentieth session of the Governing Council and had found them to be in order.
24 - عملاً بالفقرة 2، من المادة 16 من النظام الداخلي لمجلس الإدارة، قام المكتب بإخطار مجلس الإدارة في جلسته العامة السابعة يوم 8 نيسان/أبريل 2005، أنه فحص وثائق التفويض المقدمة من الوفود التي حضرت الدورة العشرين لمجلس الإدارة ووجد أنها سليمة وحسب الأصول.

25. In pursuance of rule 11, paragraph 2, of the rules of procedure of the Commission, the Bureau reported to the Commission at its 7th plenary meeting, on 16 February 2001, that it had examined the credentials submitted by delegations attending the eighteenth session of the Commission and had found them to be in order.
25 - قدم المكتب، عملاً بالفقرة 2 من المادة 11 من النظام الداخلي للجنة، تقريراً إلى اللجنة في جلستها العامة السابعة المعقودة في 16 شباط/فبراير 2001، أبلغها فيه أنه فحص وثائق التفويض التي قدمتها الوفود الحاضرة للدورة الثامنة عشرة للجنة ووجد أنها سليمة.

25 - وقدم المكتب، عملاً بالفقرة 2 من المادة 11 من النظام الداخلي لمجلس الإدارة، تقريراً إلى مجلس الإدارة في جلسته العامة السابعة المعقودة في 9 أيار/مايو 2003، وأبلغه فيه أنه فحص وثائق التفويض التي قدمتها الوفود الحاضرة للدورة التاسعة عشرة لمجلس الإدارة ووجد أنها سليمة ومراعية الأصول.
