1. Decides, for the purposes of fulfilling the provisions of article 28 of the Convention, to reconvene, at its twelfth session, the open-ended Ad Hoc Group of Experts to examine further, and make recommendations on, the following:
1- يقرر، لأغراض الوفاء بأحكام المادة ٢٨ من الاتفاقية، أن يدعو من جديد في دورته الثانية عشرة، فريق الخبراء المخصص المفتوح باب العضوية إلى الانعقاد لمواصلة بحث ما يلي وتقديم توصيات بشأن ذلك:

1. Decides, for the purposes of fulfilling the provisions of article 28 of the Convention, to reconvene, at its eleventh session, the open-ended Ad Hoc Group of Experts to examine further, and make recommendations on, the following:

36. Due to the numerous formal and informal meetings that take place during each COP session and the resulting time restrictions, legal advisers and other representatives in charge of following this matter have frequently been unable to fully participate in the meeting of the AHGE.

The following is the outcome document of the meeting of the Open-Ended Ad Hoc Expert Group on the consideration of a non-legally binding instrument on all types of forests, which took place in New York from 11 to 15 December 2006.

١- يقرر لأغراض الوفاء بما ورد في المادة ٢٧ من الاتفاقية، أن يدعو من جديد أثناء دورته السابعة، فريق الخبراء المخصص المفتوح باب العضوية إلى الانعقاد لمواصلة بحث الإجراءات والآليات المؤسسية لحل مسائل التنفيذ وتقديم توصيات في هذا الشأن؛

1. By its decision 22/COP.7, the Conference of the Parties (COP) decided, for purposes of fulfilling the provisions of article 27 of the Convention, to reconvene, during its eighth session, the open-ended Ad Hoc Group of Experts (AHGE) to examine further and make recommendations on procedures and institutional mechanisms for the resolution of questions on implementation.
1- قرر مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره 22/م أ-7، لأغراض الوفاء بما ورد في المادة 27 من الاتفاقية، أن يدعو من جديد أثناء دورته الثامنة، فريق الخبراء المخصص المفتوح باب العضوية إلى الانعقاد لمواصلة بحث الإجراءات والآليات المؤسسية لحل المسائل المتصلة بالتنفيذ وتقديم توصيات بهذا الشأن.

1. Decides, for purposes of fulfilling the provisions of article 27 of the Convention, to reconvene, during its eighth session, the open-ended Ad Hoc Group of Experts to examine further and make recommendations on procedures and institutional mechanisms for the resolution of questions on implementation;
١- يقرر لأغراض الوفاء بما ورد في المادة ٢٧ من الاتفاقية، أن يدعو من جديد أثناء دورته الثامنة، فريق الخبراء المخصص المفتوح باب العضوية إلى الانعقاد لمواصلة بحث الإجراءات والآليات المؤسسية لحل مسائل التنفيذ وتقديم توصيات في هذا الشأن؛

To extend the mandate of the AHGE up and until COP 9 and to convene a three-day meeting of the Group during the seventh session of the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention;
(ب) توسيع نطاق ولاية فريق الخبراء المخصص المفتوح باب العضوية حتى انعقاد الاجتماع التاسع لمؤتمر الأطراف وعقد اجتماع لمدة ثلاثة أيام للفريق خلال الدورة السابعة للجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية؛
