In its resolution 13/15, the Human Rights Council established an open-ended intergovernmental working group with the mandate of negotiating and submitting to the Council the draft declaration on the basis of the draft submitted by the Advisory Committee, to which the Rapporteur of the Committee drafting group was invited.
23- وأنشأ مجلس حقوق الإنسان، بقراره 13/15، فريقاً عاملاً حكومياً دولياً مفتوح العضوية مكلفاً بالتفاوض على مشروع الإعلان استناداً إلى المشروع الذي قدمته اللجنة الاستشارية، وتقديم مشروع الإعلان ذلك إلى المجلس. وقد دُعي إلى الفريق العامل مقرِّر فريق الصياغة التابع للجنة.
