وألقى الزعيم اﻷبخازي، السيد فلادسلاف آردزنبا، خطابا في الاجتماع الافتتاحي.

The President, with the consent of the Council, invited Mr. Vladislav Jovanovic, at his request, to address the Council in the course of the discussion.
ودعا الرئيس، بموافقة المجلس السيد فلادسلاف يوفانوفيتش، بناء على طلبه، إلى إلقاء كلمة أمام المجلس أثناء المناقشة.

I therefore propose to you a meeting, a meeting with Vladislav Ardzinba, with the other leaders, with my old Abkhaz friends, both elderly and young: let us move away from the deadlock in the cause of a final reconciliation between our two peoples.
ولذا فإني أقترح عليكم عقد اجتماع مع فلادسلاف أرديزنبا، ومع الزعماء اﻵخرين، ومع أصدقائي اﻷبخازيين القدامى، المسنين منهم والشباب: لنخرج من المأزق من أجل تحقيق مصالحة نهائية بين شعبينا.

On the same occasion, the head of the Georgian delegation and representatives of the group of Friends of the Secretary-General met separately with the Abkhaz leader, Vladislav Ardzinba.
وفي المناسبة ذاتها، اجتمع على نحو منفصل رئيس الوفد الجورجي مع ممثلي فريق أصدقاء اﻷمين العام ومع الزعيم اﻷبخازي السيد فلادسلاف أردزنبا.

6. Also on 6 July I received a letter from Mr. Vladislav Ardzinba, leader of the Abkhaz authorities in Gudauta, alleging that the shelling on 2 July had been started by the Georgian forces.
٦ - وفي ٦ تموز/يوليه أيضا، تلقيت رسالة من السيد فلادسلاف اردزنبا، رئيس السلطات الابخازية في غودوتا، حيث ادعى أن القصف الذي حدث في ٢ تموز/يوليه قد بدأ من جانب القوات الجورجية.

The Government of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina expresses its strong objection to the publication and circulation as documents of the United Nations of any documents from the so-called " Permanent Mission of Yugoslavia " and signed by Mr. Vladislav Jovanovic as " Chargé d'affaires, a.i. of Yugoslavia " .
تعرب حكومة جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك عن اعتراضها الشديد على نشر وتعميم أي وثيقة صادرة عن ما يُسمى " بالبعثة الدائمة ليوغوسلافيا " وموقعة من السيد فلادسلاف يوفانوفتش بصفته " القائم باﻷعمال المؤقت ليوغوسلافيا " ، على أنها وثيقة من وثائق اﻷمم المتحدة.

" In reference to your letter addressed to the Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Vladislav Jovanovic, we would like to inform you about our latest data, together with those transmitted to you earlier on, about the use of mercenaries in combat on the territories of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
" بالاشارة إلى رسالتكم الموجهة إلى وزير الخارجية الاتحادي السيد فلادسلاف جوفانوفيتش، نود اعلامكم بآخر البيانات المتوفرة لدينا، بالاضافة إلى المعلومات المحالة اليكم من قبل حول استخدام مرتزقة في المعارك الجارية في أراضي جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الاشتراكية السابقة.

In letters addressed to me on 14 February and 3 April 2000, the Abkhaz leader, Vladislav Ardzinba, drew attention to some of the legal aspects related to the settlement of the conflict and asserted that, during the course of the negotiations, the position of the United Nations had departed from principles agreed on in earlier signed documents.
ولفت الزعيم الأبخازي فلادسلاف أردزينبا في رسالتين وجههما إلي في 14 شباط/فبراير و 3 نيسان/أبريل 2000 الانتباه إلى بعض الجوانب القانونية المتصلة بتسوية النزاع وأكد أن موقف الأمم المتحدة ابتعد، خلال المفاوضات، عن المبادئ المتفق عليها في وثائق سبق التوقيع عليها.

" of the " Permanent Mission of Yugoslavia to the United Nations " .
اﻷمم المتحدة بنـاء على تعليمات من حكومتي، أود أن ألفـت انتباهكــم الى الوثائــق S/1995/831 و S/1995/832 و S/1995/833، التي تتضمن رسائل مؤرخة ٢٨ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥ و ٢٨ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥ و ٢٧ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥، على التوالي، وموقعة من السيد فلادسلاف جوفانوفتش، السفير والقائم باﻷعمال المؤقت للبعثة الدائمة ليوغوسلافيا لدى اﻷمم المتحدة.
