The effective implementation of the Vientiane Plan of Action required concerted efforts, cooperation and support from all transit neighbours of the Lao PDR.
ويحتاج التنفيذ الفعّال لخطة عمل فيانتيان إلى تنسيق الجهود، والتعاون والدعم من جميع بلدان المرور العابر المجاورة لجمهورية لاو.

Donor countries and international financial and development institutions are requested to provide resources for ad hoc consultancy services, as appropriate, to help implement the Vientiane Plan of Action.
`4` ويطلب إلى البلدان المانحة والمؤسسات المالية والانمائية الدولية أن تقدم موارد للخدمات الاستشارية المخصصة، حسب الاقتضاء، بغية المساعدة على تنفيذ خطة عمل فيانتيان.

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations was currently preparing the Vientiane Action Programme as the successor plan to the Hanoi Plan of Action. It was expected that the Plan would be adopted by the ASEAN Heads of State or Government at the Tenth Summit, to be held in Lao People's Democratic Republic on 29 November 2004.
وأضاف أنه يجري إعداد برنامج عمل فيانتيان الذي يحل محل برنامج عمل هانوي، وستتم الموافقة عليه في القمة العاشرة لرؤساء دول وحكومات مجموعة رابطة أمم جنوب شرق آسيا، التي ستعقد في 29 كانون الثاني/نوفمبر 2004 في جمهورية لاو الشعبية الديمقراطية.

10. Mr. Rahman (Malaysia), speaking on behalf of the States members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), recalled that the Vientiane Action Programme adopted by ASEAN leaders in November 2004 gave priority to the establishment of coordination mechanisms to strengthen non-traditional cooperation in addressing security and transnational crimes.
10 - السيد رحمان (ماليزيا): تكلم نيابة عن الدول الأعضاء في رابطة أمم جنوب شرق آسيا، فأشار إلى إن برنامج عمل فيانتيان الذي اعتمده قادة الرابطة في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2004 يعطي الأولوية لإقامة آليات تنسيق لتقوية التعاون غير التقليدي في مجال التصدي للأمن والجرائم عبر الوطنية.
