The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine considers these acts by NATO as an aggression against a sovereign State, fraught with danger of escalation into a large-scale military conflict.
ويعتبر برلمان أوكرانيا )فيرخوفنا رادا( هذه اﻷفعال التي قامت بها منظمة حلف شمال اﻷطلسي عدوانا على دولة ذات سيادة، محفوفا بمخاطر التصعيد والتحول إلى نزاع عسكري واسع النطاق.

The drafts were prepared in line with the provisions of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women, held in Beijing in 1995, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and the recommendations of the parliamentary hearings on the question in the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) in July 1995.

On 12 September 2002 the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine, by act No. 149-IV, ratified the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism.
