13 - يـرحب بالجهود المستمرة التي يـبـذلها برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي في مجال الحفـاظ علـى الاتصال الوثيق فيما بين الوكالات المتخصصة والمؤسسات الأخرى في منظومة الأمم المتحدة، بما فيها اللجنة الاقتصادية لأمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي واللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ، وفي مجال تقديم المساعدة إلى شعوب الأقاليم غيـر المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي؛
