ويقدِّم الفرع الأول من التقرير عرضا لمحتوياته؛ أما الفرع الثاني فيوجز الأنشطة التي اضطلع بها الفريق العامل، بما فيها عمله المتعلق بإمكانية وضع مشروع اتفاقية دولية جديدة بشأن تنظيم الشركات العسكرية والأمنية الخاصة.

17.2 The Contractor shall, upon request, be granted a time extension equal to the period by which performance was delayed hereunder by force majeure and the term of this contract shall be extended accordingly.
17-2 يمنح المتعاقد، عند الطلب، فترة إضافية من الوقت تساوي الفترة التي تعطل فيها عمله بسبب القوة القاهرة، ويمدد أجل هذا العقد وفقا لذلك.
