٢٤١- ومن أجل مساعدة اللجنة في أداء مهمتها بموجب ما يسمى بالاجراء ٣٠٥١، أذن المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، بقراره ٠٩٩١/١٤ المؤرخ في ٥٢ أيار/مايو ٠٩٩١، بأن يتم على أساس دائم انشاء فريق عامل تابع للجنة مؤلف من خمسة أعضاء يشار اليه باسم الفريق العامل المعني بالحالات.

٥٤١ - ومن أجل مساعدة اللجنة في أداء مهمتها بموجب ما يسمى باﻹجراء ٣٠٥١، أذن المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، بقراره ٠٩٩١/١٤ المؤرخ ٥٢ أيار/مايو ٠٩٩١، بأن يتم على أساس دائم إنشاء فريق عامل تابع للجنة مؤلف من خمسة أعضاء، يُشار إليه باسم الفريق العامل المعني بالحالات.

It will be recalled here that the International Commission of Inquiry which was set up pursuant to Security Council resolution 1013 (1995) reported to the Council the difficulties it met in the fulfilment of its mission (see S/1996/195).
ويجدر التذكير بأن اللجنة الدولية للتحقيق التي أنشئت بموجب قرار مجلس اﻷمن ١٠١٣ )١٩٩٥( قد أبلغت المجلس بالمصاعب التي واجهتها في أداء مهمتها )انظر S/1996/195(.
