93- تقرر القوانين الجمهورية عن تأمين المعاش والعجز الحق في تعويض نقدي عن المساعدة أو الرعاية من جانب شخص آخر إذا كان هذا ضرورياً بسبب طبيعة وخطورة الإصابة أو المرض، وذلك على أساس القدرة المتبقية على العمل، ويتحدد التعويض النقدي كنسبة مئوية من متوسط الراتب الشهري للمستخدم المدفوع في أراضي الجمهورية في العام السابق.
