1. The Prosecutor shall be responsible for the investigation and prosecution of persons responsible for serious violations of international humanitarian law committed in the Territory of Rwanda and Rwandan citizens responsible for such violations committed in the territory of neighbouring States, between 1 January 1994 and 31 December 1994.
١ - يتولى المدعي العام مسؤولية التحقيق مع اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الانساني الدولي المرتكبة في أراضي رواندا والمواطنين الروانديين المسؤولين عن ارتكاب هذه الانتهاكات في أراضي الدول المجاورة، بين ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٤ و ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤ وإقامة الدعوى عليهم.

(ii) The Prosecutor, who is responsible for the investigation and prosecution of persons responsible for serious violations of international humanitarian law committed in the Territory of Rwanda and Rwandan citizens responsible for such violations committed in the territory of neighbouring States between 1 January and 31 December 1994.
`2 ' المدعي العام، وهو مسؤول عن التحقيق مع الأشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الخطيرة للقانون الإنساني الدولي التي ارتكبت في أراضي رواندا والمواطنين الروانديين المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات التي ارتكبت في أراضي الدول المجاورة فيما بين 1 كانون الثاني/يناير و 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1994 وملاحقتهم قضائيا.

The International Tribunal for Rwanda shall have the power to prosecute persons responsible for serious violations of international humanitarian law committed in the Territory of Rwanda and Rwandan citizens responsible for such violations committed in the territory of neighbouring States, between 1 January 1994 and 31 December 1994, in accordance with the provisions of the present Statute.
للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا سلطة محاكمة اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الانساني الدولي المرتكبة في أراضي رواندا والمواطنين الروانديين المسؤولين عن ارتكاب هذه الانتهاكات في أراضي الدول المجاورة، بين ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٤ و ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، وفقا ﻷحكام هذا النظام اﻷساسي.

Concurrent jurisdiction 1. The International Tribunal for Rwanda and national courts shall have concurrent jurisdiction to prosecute persons for serious violations of international humanitarian law committed in the Territory of Rwanda and Rwandan citizens for such violations committed in the territory of neighbouring States, between 1 January 1994 and 31 December 1994.
١ - للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا والمحاكم الوطنية اختصاص مشترك في محاكمة اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الانساني الدولي التي ارتكبت في أراضي رواندا والمواطنين الروانديين المسؤولين عن ارتكاب هذه الانتهاكات في أراضي الدول المجاورة، بين ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٤ و ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤.
