وللشعوب الأصلية الحق في أن يُعترف لها بصفتها هذه.

ضمان حق الأشخاص في الحياة والحرية والأمن الشخصي دون تمييز، مع ضمان كامل لحق كل فرد في أن يُعترف له بالشخصية القانونية؛

Article 6 states that everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
وتنص المادة ٦ على أن لكل إنسان، في كل مكان، الحق في أن يُعترف به على اعتبار أنه شخص أمام القانون.

The Committee concludes that Nour-Eddine Mihoubi's enforced disappearance for more than 20 years denied him the protection of the law and deprived him of his right to recognition as a person before the law, in violation of article 16 of the Covenant.
وتخلص اللجنة إلى أن اختفاء نور الدين ميهوبي قسراً منذ أكثر من 20 عاماً حرمه حماية القانون وحرمه حقّه في أن يُعترف له بشخصيته القانونية، وفي ذلك انتهاك للمادة 16 من العهد.

لذا تخلص اللجنة إلى أن اختفاء الأخضر بوزنية قسراً منذ ما يزيد على 20 عاماً قد حرمه من حماية القانون ومن حقه في أن يُعترف له بالشخصية القانونية، ما يشكّل انتهاكاً للمادة 16 من العهد.

The Committee concludes that the enforced disappearance of Yahia Kroumi some 20 years ago removed him from the protection of the law and deprived him of his right to recognition as a person before the law, in violation of article 16 of the Covenant.
لذا تخلص اللجنة إلى أن اختفاء يحيى كرومي منذ ما يزيد على 20 عاماً قد حرمه من حماية القانون ومن حقه في أن يُعترف له بالشخصية القانونية، ما يشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 16 من العهد.
