٣ - يجوز لكل دولة طرف معنية أن تنظر في إبرام اتفاقات تنص على اقتسامها اﻷموال المتأتية من المصادرة المشار إليها في هذه المادة مع غيرها من الدول، في جميع اﻷحوال أو على أساس كل حالة على حدة.

3 - يجوز لكل دولة طرف معنية أن تنظر في إبرام اتفاقات تنص على اقتسامها الأموال المتأتية من المصادرة المشار إليها في هذه المادة مع غيرها من الدول، في جميع الأحوال أو على أساس كل حالة على حدة.

States Parties shall have the right to enter into agreements in relation to the international trade in conventional arms, provided that those agreements are compatible with their obligations under this Treaty and do not undermine the object and purpose of this Treaty.
