51- وفي الدعاوى الجنائية، يسهر المدعي بصورة أساسية على التقيُّد بالقانون في الإجراءات السابقة للمحاكمة ومن جملتها إعمال حقوق الضحية وتقديم لوائح الاتهام ويمثّل المتهم بصفته طرفاً أمام المحكمة.
