وقد جرى التصرف في اﻷصول بالاسترشاد بالمبادئ التي أقرتها الجمعية العامة في الجزء سابعا من قرارها ٤٩/٢٣٣ ألف المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٤.

Those proposals were endorsed by the General Assembly in section VII of its resolution 49/233 A of 23 December 1994 as follows:

4. The process of liquidating the assets of UNMOT was guided by the following principles and policies, as approved by the General Assembly in section VII of its resolution 49/233 A.
4 - استرشدت عملية تصفية أصول البعثة بالمبادئ والسياسات التالية على نحو ما أقرته الجمعية في الجزء سابعا من قرارها 49/233 ألف:

30. His delegation strongly supported all the recommendations made by the Special Committee in section VII of its report, especially the first two recommendations addressed to the General Assembly, and the first three recommendations addressed to the Government of Israel.

3. The selection of assets proposed for donation has been guided by the principles endorsed by the General Assembly in section VII of its resolution 49/233 A of 23 December 1994 and is based on a determination that the assets are not required, nor are they suitable for transfer to other missions or for temporary storage at the United Nations Logistics Base in Brindisi, Italy.
3 - واستند اختيار الأصول المقترح منحها إلى المبادئ التي أقرتها الجمعية العامة في الجزء سابعا من قرارها 49/233 ألف المؤرخ 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1994 ويستند إلى قرار يقضي بأن الأصول غير لازمة و غير ملائمة لتنقل إلى بعثات أخرى أو لتخزن مؤقتا في قاعدة الأمم المتحدة للسوقيات في برينديزي، إيطاليا.

in section VII of its resolution 1992/22, the Economic and Social Council decided that the Commission should include in its agenda a standing item on existing United Nations standards and norms in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice, including their use and application.
قرّر المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، في الجزء سابعا من قراره 1992/22، أن تدرج اللجنة في جدول أعمالها بنداً ثابتاً بشأن معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها القائمة في ميدان منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، بما في ذلك استخدامها وتطبيقها.

Exceptions have been made to this stipulation in numerous cases; however, the General Assembly, in section VII of its resolution 59/296 of 22 June 2005, requested the Secretary-General to streamline the process of implementation of quick-impact projects and to ensure that they are fully implemented within the planned time frames.

While the estimated cost for the design and construction of the additional office facilities, as approved by the General Assembly in section VII of resolution 60/248, amounts to $11,383,300, it is recalled that an additional requirement of $1,100,000 was identified for the information and technology network and telephone equipment (A/60/532, para. 19).
