The action to be taken by the General Assembly, as contained in paragraph 10 of the present report, is a decision to credit Member States their respective share in the unencumbered balance.

12. Decides also that for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Observer Mission, their share of the unencumbered balance of 226,890 dollars gross (224,900 dollars net) for the period from 23 October 1994 to 30 June 1995 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations;

Decides that there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 10 above, their respective share in the unencumbered balance for the period from 5 April to 9 December 1994, the exact amount to be determined by the Advisory Committee no later than 14 July 1995;

Decides further that, for Member States that have fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission of Observers, there shall be set off against the apportionment, as provided for in paragraph 8 above, their respective share of the unencumbered balance of 2,408,400 dollars gross (2,048,400 dollars net) in respect of the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998;

12. Decides also that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Missions, their share of the unencumbered balance of 906,800 dollars gross (865,200 dollars net) in respect of the period ending 30 June 1998 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations;
١٢ - تقرر أيضا، بالنسبة للدول اﻷعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية للبعثات، أن تخصم حصة كل منها في الرصيد غير المرتبط به البالغ إجماليه ٨٠٠ ٩٠٦ دولار )صافيه ٢٠٠ ٨٦٥ دولار( للفترة المنتهية في ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨ من التزاماتها غير المسددة؛

١١ - تقرر، بالنسبة للدول اﻷعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه بعثة التحقق وبعثة المراقبين، أن تخصم حصـة كـل منها في الرصيد غير المرتبط به البالغ إجماليه ٧٢٠ ١٤٩ دولارا )صافيه ٦٢٥ ٤٩ دولارا( للفترة من ٣ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٨٩ إلى ٣٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٤ من التزاماتها غير المسددة؛

13. Decides also that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Observation Mission, their share of the unencumbered balance of 1,339,300 dollars gross (1,028,100 dollars net) in respect of the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations;
١٣ - تقرر أيضا، بالنسبة للدول اﻷعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية لبعثة المراقبة، أن تخصم حصتها في الرصيد غير المرتبط به البالغ إجماليه ٣٠٠ ٣٣٩ ١ دولار )صافيه ١٠٠ ٠٢٨ ١ دولار( عن الفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٧ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨ من التزاماتها غير المسددة؛

(c) A decision to set off against the assessment on Member States their respective share in the unencumbered balance of $1,278,500 gross and net for the period from 1 October to 31 December 1993;
)ج( اتخاذ قرار بخصم حصة كل من الدول اﻷعضاء في الرصيد غير المرتبط به، البالغ إجماليه وصافيه ٥٠٠ ٢٧٨ ١ دولار، من أنصبتها المقررة، وذلك عن الفترة من ١ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر إلى ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣؛

21. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of 3,872,700 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2004, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 20 above;
