The issue of the Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons had not been completely resolved and remained of high concern as thousands detained in Israeli prisons were exposed to unsanitary conditions, ill treatment and harsh methods of interrogation which were tantamount to torture.
٥١ - وذكرت أن قضية الفلسطينيين المحتجزين في السجون اﻹسرائيلية لم تحل بالكامل وما زالت تثير قلقا بالغا ﻷن آلاف من المحتجزين في السجون الاسرائيلية يتعرضون الى ظروف غير صحية، وسوء معاملة وأساليب استجواب قاسية تعادل التعذيب.

6. The Special Committee had been particularly preoccupied to learn that torture and ill-treatment in Israeli prisons and detention centres had continued during the period under review.
٦ - واستطرد قائلا إن اللجنة الخاصة قلقة على وجه الخصوص من جراء المعلومات التي تفيد باستمرار التعذيب وسوء المعاملة في السجون الاسرائيلية ومراكز الاحتجاز خلال الفترة قيد الاستعراض.

293. On 11 January 1995, it was reported that the Palestinian Prisoners' Club, a public organization with nine branches in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, had claimed that tension had recently been growing rapidly in Israeli prisons where security prisoners were detained.
٢٩٣ - في ١١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٥، أفادت التقارير بأن نادي السجناء الفلسطينيين، وهو منظمة جماهيرية لها تسعة فروع في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة، زعم أن حالة التوتر تفاقمت بسرعة في اﻵونة اﻷخيرة في السجون الاسرائيلية التي يحتجز فيها سجناء أمن.

302. On 25 February 1995, a member of the Al-Najah University Student Council in Nablus indicated that more than 300 students from Al-Najah continued to be detained in Israeli prisons.

747. According to the information that has come before it and the testimonies of the witnesses it heard during the period under consideration by the present report, the conditions of detention and treatment of prisoners detained in Israeli prisons have deteriorated.

- وإذ يدين بشدة الممارسات اللاإنسانية الاسرائيلية في اﻷراضي اللبنانية المحتلة من جنوب لبنان والبقاع الغربي ولا سيما مسألة الخطف والاعتقال التعسفي للمواطنين اﻷبرياء وزجهم بدون محاكمة في السجون الاسرائيلية والمعتقلات التي تشرف عليها القوات التابعة لها.

3. Requests also that the international community should take all possible measures against Israel in order to secure the release of all Lebanese prisoners and abducted persons held in Israeli prisons or detention centres run by their forces in contravention of the provisions of international law and the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and The Hague Convention of 1907;
٣ - مطالبة المجتمع الدولي باتخاذ كافة الاجراءات مع اسرائيل بهدف إطلاق سراح كافة اﻷسرى والمخطوفين اللبنانيين، المعتقلين في السجون الاسرائيلية والمعتقلات التي تشرف عليها القوات التابعة لها، خلافا ﻷحكام القانون الدولي واتفاقيات جنيف لعام ١٩٤٩ واتفاقية لاهاي لعام ١٩٠٧.
