Employment under special conditions is considered to be employment in institutions or companies established for the purpose of employing persons with disabilities (protective workshops), as well as self-employment of persons with disabilities.

Academic freedom includes the liberty of individuals to express opinions freely about the institution or system in which they work, to fulfil their functions without discrimination or fear of repression by the State or any other actor, to participate in professional and representative academic bodies and to enjoy their human rights.
وتتضمن الحرية الأكاديمية حرية الأفراد في التعبير بلا قيود عن آراءهم في المؤسسات أو النُظُم التي يعملون فيها وفي أداء وظائفهم دون تمييز أو خوف من قمع الدولة أو أي جهة فاعلة أخرى، والمشاركة في الهيئات الأكاديمية المهنية أو التمثيلية، وتمتعهم بحقوق الإنسان.
