Nothing in subarticle (2) of this article shall be deemed to constitute discrimination in so far as such treatment -

(2) The same penalty shall apply to any person who transports weapons or explosives with the intent as referred to in subsection (1) hereof.

8. The definition of " terrorist organisation " in subsection 102.1(1) is central to the operation of each of the offences.

Section 130C makes it an offence to commit a terrorist act as defined in subsection 130B(2).

(7) Subsection (2) shall not apply to anything which is expressly or by necessary implication authorised to be done by any such provision of law as is referred to in subsection (4) or (5).

(2) Without limiting paragraph (c) of the definition of violence in subsection (1):

The combination of the definition of " tainted property " in sub-section (3), section 10 (meaning of proceeds) and section 35 (the offence of " property suspected of being proceeds of crime " ) provide for the broad confiscation of property, equipment or other instrumentalities.
