35. The Committee invites the State party to submit its core document in accordance with the requirements of the common core document in the harmonized guidelines on reporting, as approved by the international human rights treaty bodies and contained in document HRI/GEN/2/Rev.6.
35- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تقدم وثيقتها الأساسية وفقا لمتطلبات تقديم الوثائق الأساسية المشتركة، وهي المتطلبات الواردة في المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير، التي أقرتها هيئات المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان والواردة في الوثيقة HRI/GEN/2/Rev.6.

1. This document has been prepared in reply to the request of the Secretary-General of the United Nations. It responds to the information requested in the harmonized guidelines on providing information.

اعتمدتها اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والسبعين المعقودة في الفترة من 30 تموز/يوليه إلى 17 آب/أغسطس 2007، مع مراعاة المبادئ التوجيهية لتقديم وثيقة أساسية موحدة ووثائق خاصة بمعاهدات بعينها، على نحو ما ورد في المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لتقديم التقارير بموجب المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان

(3) The Committee notes with satisfaction that the State party has submitted its core document in accordance with the requirements of the common core document in the harmonized guidelines on reporting under international human rights treaties.
(3) وتلاحظ اللجنة بارتياح أن الدولة الطرف قدمت وثيقتها الأساسية وفق شروط وضع الوثائق الرئيسية الموحدة الواردة في المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لإعداد التقارير بموجب المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

23. The State party is invited to submit its common core document, in accordance with the requirements contained in the harmonized guidelines on reporting under the international human rights treaties (HRI/GEN.2/Rev.6).

76- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف كذلك إلى تقديم وثيقة أساسية تتضمن آخر المستجدات وفقاً للشروط المتعلقة بالوثيقة الأساسية الموحدة الواردة في المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لتقديم التقارير، التي اعتمدها الاجتماع الخامس المشترك بين لجان هيئات معاهدات حقوق الإنسان في حزيران/يونيه 2006 ((HRI/MC/2006/3.

83- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف كذلك إلى تقديم وثيقة أساسية تتضمن آخر المستجدات وفقاً للشروط المتعلقة بالوثيقة الأساسية الموحدة الواردة في المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لتقديم التقارير، التي اعتمدها الاجتماع الخامس المشترك بين لجان هيئات معاهدات حقوق الإنسان في حزيران/يونيه 2006 (الوثيقة HRI/MC/2006/3).

92- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف كذلك إلى تقديم وثيقة أساسية مُحدَّثة وفقاً لمتطلبات إعداد الوثيقة الأساسية الموحدة على النحو المبيّن في المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لتقديم التقارير، التي اعتمدها الاجتماع الخامس المشترك بين لجان هيئات معاهدات حقوق الإنسان، المعقود في حزيران/يونيه 2006 (HRI/MC/2006/3).

Even if it were retained, the reference to appendix 3 of the harmonized guidelines should definitely be removed.
