Part VI of POTA is dedicated to information-sharing, extradition and mutual assistance in criminal matters related to terrorist acts.
وقد كُرّس الجزء السادس من هذا القانون لتقاسم المعلومات وتسليم المطلوبين والمساعدة المتبادلة في المسائل الجنائية المتعلقة بالأعمال الإرهابية.

Guideline 33. States that have not yet done so should consider becoming parties to existing international law instruments, in particular the Organized Crime Convention, and use them as a basis for international cooperation in criminal matters in respect of trafficking in cultural property and related offences.
المبدأ التوجيهي 33- ينبغي للدول التي لم تُصبح بَعدُ أطرافاً في الصكوك القانونية الدولية الموجودة، وخصوصاً اتفاقية الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية، أن تنظر في فعل ذلك، وأن تتَّخذ من تلك الصكوك أساساً للتعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية المتعلقة بالاتِّجار بالممتلكات الثقافية وما يتَّصل به من جرائم.

Jointly with the European Commission and the Slovenian Presidency of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership, the EuroMed Workshop on the Mechanisms of International Cooperation in criminal matters pertaining to Counter-Terrorism was held in Rabat on 5 and 6 May 2008.
19- وعُقدت في الرباط، يومي 5 و6 أيار/مايو 2008، بالاشتراك مع المفوضية الأوروبية والرئاسة السلوفينية للشراكة الأوروبية المتوسطية، حلقة العمل الأوروبية-المتوسطية حول آليات التعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية المتعلقة بمكافحة الإرهاب.

To reach this goal, States need adequately functioning national counter-terrorism legal regimes, as well as associated implementation capacity in their criminal justice systems relating to a broad range of measures to enhance international cooperation in criminal matters relating to terrorism.
ولبلوغ هذه الغاية، تحتاج الدول إلى نظم قانونية وطنية عاملة لمكافحة الإرهاب، وكذلك إلى ما يرتبط بها من قدرة تنفيذية في نظمها الخاصة بالعدالة الجنائية تتعلق بطائفة واسعة من التدابير الرامية إلى تعزيز التعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية المتعلقة بالإرهاب.

Consequently, UNODC will continue to cooperate with States in establishing the required legislative framework for effective international cooperation in criminal matters related to terrorism and will assist in building the required capacity to implement those measures.

In addition, in March 2010, UNODC organized two regional training sessions on international cooperation in criminal matters related to cases involving trafficking in persons and smuggling of migrants.
39- وإضافة إلى هذا، نظم المكتب، في آذار/مارس 2010، دورتين تدريبيتين إقليميتين عن التعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية المتعلقة بالقضايا التي تشمل الاتجار بالأشخاص وتهريب المهاجرين.

Innovative activities are used to promote international cooperation in criminal matters related to counter-terrorism, such as the specialized workshops held in the Sahel region, each bringing together practitioners from two to four countries and the establishment of a " justice platform " for justice practitioners of Member States belonging to the Indian Ocean Commission.
وتستخدم أنشطة مبتكرة لتعزيز التعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية المتعلقة بمكافحة الإرهاب، مثل حلقات العمل المتخصصة التي عقدت في منطقة الساحل، والتي جمعت كل واحدة منها بين ممارسين من دولتين إلى أربع دول، وإقامة " منبر العدالة " للممارسين في مجال القضاء من الدول الأعضاء في لجنة المحيط الهندي.

In 2012, the Branch provided focused assistance to strengthen international cooperation in criminal matters related to counter-terrorism, including through:
57- وفي عام 2012، قدَّم الفرع مساعدة محددة الأهداف لتعزيز التعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية المتعلقة بمكافحة الإرهاب، بوسائل منها ما يلي:

(c) Promoting international cooperation in criminal matters related to terrorism, especially with regard to extradition and mutual legal assistance;
(ج) تعزيز التعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية المتعلقة بالإرهاب وبخاصة فيما يتصل بتسليم المطلوبين والمساعدة القانونية المتبادلة؛

National capacity-building workshops on international cooperation in criminal matters related to counter-terrorism were held, inter alia, in Algeria from 11 to 13 October, Jordan on 27 and 28 February and Mali from 5 to 7 April and from 21 to 23 November.

74. With regard to international cooperation in criminal matters pertaining to corruption, in Mongolia, for example, training on drafting mutual legal assistance requests was delivered to practitioners and follow-up advice was provided on specific issues in that regard.
74- وفيما يتعلق بالتعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية المتعلقة بالفساد، تمَّ في منغوليا مثلاً تقديم التدريب على صوغ طلبات المساعدة القانونية المتبادَلة للممارسين وقُدِّمت المشورة لمتابعة مسائل محدَّدة في هذا الصَّدد.
