9- وفي هذا الصدد، تؤكد المجموعة من جديد أن مؤتمر نزع السلاح هو المحفل التفاوضي الوحيد المتعدد الأطراف في المجتمع الدولي، الذي يضطلع بالدور الرئيسي في المفاوضات الموضوعية المتعلقة بالمسائل ذات الأولوية في مجال نزع السلاح.
