The advantage would be the removal of the double negative in the English version of the sentence.
وميزة هذا التعديل هو حذف النفي المزدوج الوارد في النص الانكليزي من هذه الجملة.

In the Spanish version, however, the term “autos” should be replaced by the term “juicios”, corresponding to the terms “tried” and “trials”, which are used correctly in the English version.

As regards paragraph 2, the remark was made that the word " feels " in the English text was inappropriate, and that the words " or for any other reason " could be dispensed with as paragraph 1 was sufficiently exhaustive of the grounds for the disqualification of a judge.

The term " easement " , used in the English version, reflected only common law, whereas the model provision called for a juridically neutral word that also covered civil law.

7. The CHAIRMAN pointed out that the expression " the object and purpose " in the English version was sometimes used in the singular and sometimes in the plural.

In paragraph (d), the words " secretos comerciales " , the equivalent of which appears in the English version as " trade secrets " , are omitted.

800. The representative of India proposed inserting in operative paragraph 8, a comma after the words " human rights " .
٨٠٠- واقترح ممثل الهند إدراج فاصلة بعد عبارة " حقوق الانسان " في النص الانكليزي للفقرة ٨ من المنطوق.

16. Insert the words " corruption and " after the word " fighting " and delete the word " voluntary " .
16- تُضاف عبارة " الفساد و " بعد كلمة " مكافحة " وتُحذف كلمة " voluntary " في النص الانكليزي.

52. Ms. CHANET proposed that the French side heading of the paragraph should be changed to read “Transition vers la démocratie”, which would be the exact equivalent of the English side—heading.
٢٥- السيدة شانيه اقترحت تعديل عنوان الفقرة الفرعية في النص الفرنسي من القائمة الذي سيصبح " الانتقال إلى الديمقراطية " وسيكون بذلك النظير الصحيح للعنوان في النص الانكليزي.

The theme of the fiftieth anniversary will be widely publicized in China; therefore, how the English for the theme of the commemoration is reflected in the Chinese text is a major question.
