Requests the Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its next session, to review the arrangements made for convening the first session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol in conjunction with the session of the Conference of the Parties and to make recommendations to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol on arrangements for future sessions;

Requests the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, at its first session in 2006, to assess the results of the training programme and to make recommendations to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol on the further development and implementation of the training programme for members of expert review teams participating in reviews under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol;
