Deeply concerned by the coup d'état that took place in the Republic of Honduras on 28 June 2009,
إذ يساورها بالغ القلق إزاء الانقلاب الذي وقع في جمهورية هندوراس في 28 حزيران/يونيه 2009،

The Non-Aligned Movement is deeply concerned about the worsening of the current crisis in the Republic of Honduras resulting from the coup d'état against the constitutional government of President Zelaya.
وتشعر حركة عدم الانحياز بقلق عميق إزاء تفاقم الأزمة الحالية في جمهورية هندوراس بسبب الانقلاب المنفذ ضد الحكومة الدستورية للرئيس ثيلايا.

We also reiterate our resolute support for regional efforts undertaken by the Organization of American States in accordance with Chapter VIII of the Charter of the United Nations to resolve the political crisis in the Republic of Honduras.
كما أننا نكرر التأكيد على دعمنا الثابت للجهود الإقليمية التي تبذلها منظمة الدول الأمريكية، وفقا للفصل الثامن من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، لحل الأزمة السياسية في جمهورية هندوراس.

1. Condemns the coup d'état in the Republic of Honduras that has interrupted the democratic and constitutional order and the legitimate exercise of power in Honduras, and resulted in the removal of the democratically elected President of that country, Mr. José Manuel Zelaya Rosales;
1 - تدين الانقلاب الذي وقع في جمهورية هندوراس والذي أنهى النظام الديمقراطي والدستوري والممارسة الشرعية للسلطة في هندوراس وأقال رئيس ذلك البلد، السيد خوسيه مانويل سيلايا روساليس، المنتخب ديمقراطيا؛

By reaffirming its adherence to the principles and purposes governing the Non-Aligned Movement, including the principle of the rejection of unconstitutional change of governments, the Coordinating Bureau calls upon the international community to strongly condemn the coup in the Republic of Honduras.
وإذ يكرر المجلس التنسيقي تأكيد التزامه بالمبادئ والأهداف المنظمة لحركة عدم الانحياز بما في ذلك مبدأ رفض التغيير غير الدستوري للحكومات، فإنه يدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى أن يدين بشدة الانقلاب الذي حدث في جمهورية هندوراس.

President Manuel Zelaya, legitimately elected by the Honduran people, was brutally kidnapped by a group of pro-coup military and expelled from the country, in an attempt to prevent, through violence, the realization of the democratic referendum to be held today in the Republic of Honduras.
وقد جرى اختطاف الرئيس مانيويل زيلايا، الرئيس الذي انتخبه شعب هندوراس بالطرق الشرعية، من قبل مجموعة من العسكريين الموالين للانقلاب، وجرى ترحيله من البلد، وذلك بشكل وحشي، في محاولة للقيام باستعمال العنف، بمنع إعمال الاستفتاء الديمقراطي المقرر عقده اليوم في جمهورية هندوراس.

The Chair of the Coordinating Bureau strongly calls upon all countries, international organizations and other members of the international community to firmly condemn the military coup d'état and call for the reinstatement of the Rule of Law in the Republic of Honduras, including the return and full reinstatement of its legitimate and constitutional President Mr. José Manuel Zelaya.
ويدعو رئيس المجلس التنسيقي جميع البلدان، والمنظمات الدولية، وغيرها من أعضاء المجتمع الدولي إلى إدانة الانقلاب العسكري إدانة تامة ويدعو إلى إعادة بسط سيادة القانون في جمهورية هندوراس بما في ذلك عودة رئيسها الشرعي والدستوري السيد هوزيه مانيويل زيلايا وإعادة تنصيبه بشكل كامل.

" Call for an immediate return to the rule of law in the Republic of Honduras and the reinstatement of Manuel Zelaya, the legitimate Constitutional President of that country;
" تطالب بعودة سيادة القانون فورا في جمهورية هندوراس وعودة مانويل ثيلايا، الرئيس الدستوري الشرعي لذلك البلد، إلى تولي مهام منصبه؛

4. To welcome the Agreement for National Reconciliation and Consolidation of the Democratic System in the Republic of Honduras and its Follow-Up Committee, within the framework of full respect for the principle of non-intervention.
4 - الترحيب باتفاق المصالحة الوطنية وتوطيد النظام الديمقراطي في جمهورية هندوراس وبلجنة المتابعة المنبثقة منه، في إطار الاحترام التام لمبدأ عدم التدخل.

We must reaffirm our steadfast commitment to continue the fight against terrorism and related activities on the basis of commitments made in the Declaration of the Presidents, " Central America United against Terrorism " , which was signed on 19 September 2001 in the Republic of Honduras.
وعلينا أن نؤكد من جديد التزامنا الثابت بمواصلة الكفاح ضد الإرهاب وما يتصل به من أنشطة على أساس الالتزامات التي تضمنها إعلان الرؤساء، المعنون " أمريكا الوسطى موحدة ضد الإرهاب " ، الموقع في 19 أيلول/سبتمبر 2001 في جمهورية هندوراس.

The Agreement for National Reconciliation and Consolidation of the Democratic System in the Republic of Honduras having been signed today, 22 May 2011, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, the CA-4 Presidents noted the political nature of the Agreement and consequently decided:

Deeply concerned also by the acts of violence against diplomatic personnel and accredited officials in the Republic of Honduras in violation of the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations,
وإذ يساورها بالغ القلق أيضا إزاء أعمال العنف المرتكبة ضد الموظفين الدبلوماسيين والمسؤولين المعتمدين في جمهورية هندوراس انتهاكا لاتفاقية فيينا للعلاقات الدبلوماسية لعام 1961()،

:: Request that His Excellency Mr. Miguel d'Escoto Brockmann, President of the United Nations General Assembly, immediately convene a meeting of the General Assembly to consider this breakdown in the constitutional order of the Republic of Honduras

Latin America and the whole world have taken a stand with the historic General Assembly pronouncement (resolution 63/301) condemning the coup d'état against the legitimate Government of the Republic of Honduras.
لقد اتخذت أمريكا اللاتينية والعالم بأسره موقفا تاريخيا من خلال قرار الجمعية العامة 63/301 الذي أدان الانقلاب ضد الحكومة الشرعية في جمهورية هندوراس.

They also call upon all political actors of the Republic of Honduras to avoid violence, and they demand the immediate, unconditional restoration to his functions of the legitimate constitutional President of the Republic, José Manuel Zelaya Rosales, and of all other democratically constituted powers. "
