71. ESCWA should undertake without delay a comprehensive review of its processes and workflows with a view to automating them in line with best practices throughout the Secretariat based on a realistic action plan with set deadlines and responsibilities (para. 39) (SP-04-003-015).
71 - ينبغي للجنة أن تقوم دون تأخير باستعراض شامل لعملياتها وسبل تدفق أعمالها بهدف تنفيذها آليا وفقا لأفضل الممارسات المعتمدة في جميع أجزاء الأمانة العامة استنادا إلى خطة عمل واقعية وذات آجال ومسؤوليات محددة (الفقرة 39) (SP-04-003-015).

57. Noting in particular paragraph 43 of the report, the Committee stressed the importance of sufficient financial and staffing resources, as well as sufficient competencies and leadership support to ensure adequate evaluation capacities at the central, programme and subprogramme levels throughout the Secretariat.
