كما لاحظ المجلس أن أسماء ستة بائعين اختيرت في الميدان لم تتم إحالتها في عام 2005 إلى لجنة العقود في المقر مع المبالغ ذات الصلة كانت تتجاوز عتبة الـ 000 150 دولار المحددة في دليل المفوضية().
