زاي-6-1 يجوز للجنة، في حالة تخلف دولة طرف، رغم رسائل التذكير، عن تقديم تقرير أولي أو دوري، أن تعلن عزمها على النظر في مدى الامتثال للحقوق الواردة في العهد في تلك الدولة الطرف في دورة مقبلة محددة.

Before deciding to proceed to consideration in the absence of a report, the Committee will notify the State party concerned of its intention to take up implementation of the Convention at a designated future session and invite that State party to submit the requested report before the designated session.
وقبل أن تقرر اللجنة المضي في النظر في تنفيذ الاتفاقية في ظل عدم وجود تقرير، فإنها ستخطر الدولة الطرف المعنية بنيتها أن تتناول مسألة تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية في دورة مقبلة محددة وتدعو تلك الدولة الطرف إلى تقديم التقرير المطلوب قبل الدورة المحددة.
