كما أعرب عن آراء مفادها أنه لكي تعبر اللجنة عن ولايتها بشكل أفضل ينبغي أن تنعقد الدورة لمدة أسبوعين في سنوات الميزانية ولمدة أربعة أسابيع في غير سنوات الميزانية.
