واتُفق في قمة كارتاخينا على أن تقوم جميع الدول الأطراف باستعراض منتظم لعدد الألغام المضادة للأفراد المحتفظ بها للأغراض المسموح بها بموجب المادة ٣ من الاتفاقية لضمان ألا يتجاوز عددها الحد الأدنى الضروري بصورة مطلقة لهذه الأغراض، وتدمير جميع الألغام التي تزيد على ذلك العدد.

It was recalled that at the Cartagena Summit, it was agreed that States Parties that have missed their deadlines for completion of obligations under Article 4 will provide an expected completion date.

104- واتُّفق في قمة كارتاخينا على أن تقوم الدول الأطراف التي لم تقدم تقاريرها الأولية بموجب المادة 7 بالوفاء على الفور بالتزامها بتقديم التقارير الأولية للشفافية بموجب المادة 7 وبتحديثها سنوياً().

In this context, at the Cartagena Summit the States Parties agreed to call upon the Coordinating Committee to review the operation and status of Intersessional Work Programme, with the Chair of the Coordinating Committee consulting widely on this matter and, if necessary, recommendations to the 10MSP.

139- اتُفق في قمة كارتاخينا على أن الدول الأطراف التي لم تضع تدابير وطنية للتنفيذ ستقوم، على سبيل الاستعجال، بوضع واعتماد تدابير تشريعية وإدارية وغير ذلك من التدابير تمشياً مع المادة 9 من أجل الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب هذه المادة ومن ثم الإسهام في الامتثال التام للاتفاقية.

29. at the Cartagena Summit, it was agreed that States Parties that have not developed national implementation measures will, as a matter of urgency, develop and adopt legislative, administrative and other measures in accordance with Article 9, to fulfil their Convention obligations under this Article and thereby contributing to full compliance with the Convention.
29- اتُفق في قمة كارتاخينا على أن تسارع الدول الأطراف، التي لم تضع تدابير وطنية للتنفيذ، إلى وضع واعتماد تدابير تشريعية وإدارية وغير ذلك من التدابير تمشياً مع المادة 9 من أجل الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب هذه المادة من الاتفاقية، ومن ثم الإسهام في الامتثال التام للاتفاقية.

105- واتُّفق في قمة كارتاخينا على أن تقدم جميع الدول الأطراف تقريراً سنوياً على أساس طوعي عن الخطط المتعلقة بالألغام المضادة للأفراد المحتفظ بها وعن الاستعمال الفعلي لهذه الألغام، وتوضح أسباب أي زيادة أو تخفيض في عدد الألغام المضادة للأفراد المحتفظ بها.

76- واتفِق في قمة كارتاخينا على أن الدول الأطراف، خاصة تلك المسؤولة والخاضعة للمساءلة عن رعاية عدد كبير من ضحايا الألغام، سترصد وتقيم باستمرار التقدم المحرز في مساعدة الضحايا في سياق السياسات والخطط والأطر القانونية الأوسع نطاقاً().
