" The Council also reiterates its call to all parties listed in the annexes to the report of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict to address all other violations and abuses committed against children and undertake specific commitments and measures in this regard.
" ويكرر المجلس أيضا دعوته جميع الأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح أن تتصدى لسائر الانتهاكات والتجاوزات المرتكبة ضد الأطفال وأن تتعهد بالتزامات محددة وتتخذ تدابير خاصة في هذا الصدد.

Furthermore, the Council invites the Working Group to fully implement its toolkit, inter alia, by carrying out a countryspecific visit within one year, to examine a situation referred to in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral in order to better fulfil its mandate and enhance its capacity to protect children affected by armed conflict.

(a) Reiterates its call upon those parties to armed conflict listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral on children and armed conflict that have not already done so to prepare and implement, without further delay, action plans to halt the recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law;
(أ) يكرر دعوته أطراف النزاع المسلح المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح التي لم تقم بعد بإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري إلى القيام بذلك دون مزيد من التأخير؛

(i) That the preparation and full implementation of an action plan in line with Security Council resolutions 1612 (2005) and 1882 (2009), verified by the United Nations task force on monitoring and reporting, is an important step to take for a party to conflict to be de-listed from the annexes to the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict;
' 1` أن إعداد خطة عمل وتنفيذها الكامل تماشيا مع قراري مجلس الأمن 1612 (2005) و 1882 (2009)، والتي تتحقق منها فرقة عمل الأمم المتحدة المعنية بالرصد والإبلاغ، هي خطوة هامة ينبغي لأي طرف في النزاع أن يتخذها كي يشطب اسمه من القائمة المدرجة في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح؛

(b) Calls upon those parties listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral on children and armed conflict that commit, in contravention of applicable international law, killing and maiming of children and/or rape and other sexual violence against children in situations of armed conflict to prepare concrete timebound action plans to halt those violations and abuses;
(ب) يهيب بالأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح التي تقوم، في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري، بقتل الأطفال وتشويههم و/أو اغتصابهم وإخضاعهم لأشكال أخرى من العنف الجنسي في حالات النزاع المسلح، إعداد خطط عمل عملية ومحددة زمنيا لوقف تلك الانتهاكات والتجاوزات؛

(c) Further calls upon all parties listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral on children and armed conflict to address all other violations and abuses committed against children and undertake specific commitments and measures in this regard;
(ج) يهيب كذلك بجميع الأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح التصدي لجميع الانتهاكات والتجاوزات الأخرى المرتكبة ضد الأطفال والتعهد بالتزامات محددة وباتخاذ تدابير خاصة في هذا الصدد؛

(d) Urges those parties listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral on children and armed conflict to implement the provisions contained in the present paragraph, in close cooperation with the Special Representative of the SecretaryGeneral for Children and Armed Conflict and the United Nations countrylevel task forces on monitoring and reporting;
(د) يحث الأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح على تنفيذ الأحكام الواردة في هذه الفقرة بالتعاون الوثيق مع الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام المعنية بالأطفال والنزاع المسلح وفرق عمل الأمم المتحدة المعنية بالرصد والإبلاغ على الصعيد القطري؛

(d) Further calls upon all parties listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral on children and armed conflict to address all other violations and abuses committed against children and undertake specific commitments and measures in this regard;
(د) يهيب كذلك بجميع الأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنـزاع المسلح أن تتصدى لسائر الانتهاكات والتجاوزات المرتكبة ضد الأطفال وأن تأخذ على عاتقها تنفيذ التزامات وتدابير محددة في هذا الشأن؛

(e) Urges those parties listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral on children and armed conflict to implement the provisions contained in the present paragraph, in close cooperation with the Special Representative of the SecretaryGeneral for Children and Armed Conflict and the United Nations countrylevel task forces on monitoring and reporting;
(هـ) يحث الأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنـزاع المسلح على تنفيذ الأحكام الواردة في هذه الفقرة بالتعاون الوثيق مع الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام المعنية بالأطفال والنـزاع المسلح وفرق عمل الأمم المتحدة المعنية بالرصد والإبلاغ على الصعيد القطري؛

(ب) يهيب بالأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح التي تقوم، في انتهاك للقانون الدولي الساري، بقتل الأطفال وتشويههم و/أو اغتصابهم وإخضاعهم لأشكال أخرى من العنف الجنسي في حالات النزاع المسلح، إعداد خطط عمل عملية ومحددة زمنيا لوقف تلك الانتهاكات والتجاوزات؛

(c) Further calls upon all parties listed in the annexes to the report of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict to address all other violations and abuses committed against children and undertake specific commitments and measures in this regard;
(ج) يهيب كذلك بجميع الأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح التصدي لجميع الانتهاكات والتجاوزات الأخرى المرتكبة ضد الأطفال والتعهد بالتزامات محددة وباتخاذ تدابير خاصة في هذا الصدد؛

(d) Urges those parties listed in the annexes to the report of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict to implement the provisions contained in the present paragraph in close cooperation with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict and the United Nations country-level task forces on monitoring and reporting.
(د) يحث الأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح على تنفيذ الأحكام الواردة في هذه الفقرة بالتعاون الوثيق مع الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام المعنية بالأطفال والنزاع المسلح وفرق عمل الأمم المتحدة المعنية بالرصد والإبلاغ على الصعيد القطري.

" The Council calls for the full implementation of the monitoring and reporting mechanism on children and armed conflict as called for in paragraph 3 of resolution 1612 (2005) in all situations of armed conflict listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral.
" ويدعو المجلس إلى التنفيذ الكامل لآلية الرصد والإبلاغ المتعلقة بالأطفال والصراع المسلح على نحو ما دعي إليه في الفقرة 3 من القرار 1612 (2005) في كل حالات الصراع المسلح المذكورة في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام.

" The Council acknowledges that the implementation of resolution 1612 (2005) in situations listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral has generated progress and invites the SecretaryGeneral, where applicable, to strengthen the efforts to bring the monitoring and reporting mechanism to its full capacity in order to allow for prompt advocacy and effective response to all violations and abuses committed against children.
" ويقر المجلس بأنه تم إحراز بعض التقدم في تنفيذ القرار 1612 (2005) في الحالات المبينة في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام، ويدعو الأمين العام إلى القيام، حسب الاقتضاء، بتعزيز الجهود المبذولة من أجل تشغيل آلية الرصد والإبلاغ بكامل طاقتها لكي يتسنى التحرك الفوري في مجال الدعوة والتصدي الفعال لكل الانتهاكات والاعتداءات التي ترتكب ضد الأطفال.

(a) Reiterates its call upon those parties to armed conflict listed in the annexes to the report of the SecretaryGeneral on children and armed conflict that have not already done so to prepare and implement, without further delay, action plans to halt the recruitment and use of children and the killing and maiming of children, in violation of applicable international law, as well as rape and other sexual violence against children;
(أ) يكرر دعوته أطراف النـزاع المسلح المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنـزاع المسلح التي لم تقم بعد بإعداد وتنفيذ خطط عمل لوقف تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم وقتلهم وتشويههم، في انتهاك للقانون الدولي المنطبق، واغتصاب الأطفال وإخضاعهم لأشكال أخرى من العنف الجنسي، إلى القيام بذلك دون مزيد من التأخير؛

" The Council expresses its readiness to consider specific recommendations of the Working Group on violations and abuses committed against children by parties listed in the annexes to the reports of the Secretary-General, whenever they occur, with a view to considering action on them, without prejudging or implying a decision by the Council as to whether or not to include a situation in its agenda.
" ويعرب المجلس عن استعداده للنظر في التوصيات المحددة التي يقدمها الفريق العامل فيما يتعلق بالانتهاكات والتجاوزات التي ترتكبها الأطراف المدرجة أسماؤها في مرفقي تقرير الأمين العام ضد الأطفال، لدى حدوثها، بهدف اتخاذ إجراءات بشأنها، دون الحكم مسبقا أو الافتراض ضمنا بأن المجلس سيتخذ قرارا بإدراج حالة ما في جدول أعماله أو عدم إدراجها.
