The Council also requested the specialized agencies and other organizations and bodies of the United Nations system and regional organizations to strengthen existing measures of support and to formulate appropriate programmes of assistance to the remaining Non-Self-Governing Territories, within the framework of their respective mandates, in order to accelerate progress in the economic and social sectors of those Territories.
وطلب المجلس أيضا إلى الوكالات المتخصصة والـمؤسسات والهيئات الأخرى في منظومة الأمم المتحدة وإلى المنظمات الإقليمية أن تقوم، كل في إطار ولايتها، بتعزيز تدابير الدعم القائمة، ووضع برامج مناسبة لتقديم المساعدة إلى الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي المتبقية، وذلك لدفع عجلة التقدم في القطاعين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لتلك الأقاليم.

2. In paragraph 7 of its resolution 64/99 of 10 December 2009, the General Assembly requested that the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system and international and regional organizations examine and review conditions in each Non-Self-Governing Territory so as to take appropriate measures to accelerate progress in the economic and social sectors of the Territories.

2. In its resolution 59/129 of 10 December 2004, the General Assembly requested the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system and international and regional organizations to examine and review conditions in each Non-Self-Governing Territory so as to take appropriate measures to accelerate progress in the economic and social sectors of the Territories.
2 - وطلبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 59/129 المؤرخ 10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004 إلى الوكالات المتخصصة والمؤسسات الأخرى في منظومة الأمم المتحدة وإلى المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية أن تبحث وتستعرض الظروف في كل إقليم من الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي كي تتخذ التدابير المناسبة بغية التعجيل بإحراز تقدم في القطاعين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لهذه الأقاليم.

In paragraph 6 of its resolution 60/112 of 8 December 2005, the General Assembly requested the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system and international and regional organizations to examine and review conditions in each Territory so as to take appropriate measures to accelerate progress in the economic and social sectors of the Territories.

In that regard, we welcome the invitation in the draft resolution on oceans (A/65/L.20) to relevant entities of the United Nations system and interested States to coordinate with regional and national marine scientific and technological centres in SIDS, as appropriate, to ensure more effective achievement of their objectives in accordance with relevant SIDS development programmes and strategies.
وفي ذلك الصدد، نرحب بالدعوة في مشروع القرار بشأن المحيطات (A/65/L.20) إلى الأجهزة ذات الصلة في منظومة الأمم المتحدة وإلى الدول المعنية للتنسيق مع المراكز العلمية والتكنولوجية البحرية الإقليمية والوطنية في الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية، حسب الاقتضاء، لضمان تحقيق أهدافها بقدر أكبر من الفعالية، وفقاً للبرامج والاستراتيجيات الإنمائية ذات الصلة بالدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية.
