والمهام الرئيسية لمنظمتنا في هذا الميدان ينبغي أن تتمثل في النهوض بالحوار الدولي الدائم بشأن حماية حقوق اﻹنسان وإنشاء آليات لﻹشراف على الامتثال للالتزامات الدولية وكذلك زيادة المساعدة التقنية من جانب الدول الغنية المتمرسة للبلدان التي تفتقر إلى الموارد الضرورية.
