لا يوجد في هذه الاتفاقية ما يضر بالحقوق والالتزامات والمسؤوليات اﻷخرى للدول واﻷفراد بموجب القانون الدولي، ولا سيما أغراض ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، والقانون اﻹنساني الدولي والاتفاقيات اﻷخرى ذات الصلة.

1 - ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يمس الحقوق والالتزامات والمسؤوليات الأخرى للدول والشعوب والأفراد بموجب القانون الدولي، ولا سيما مقاصد ومبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، والقانون الإنساني الدولي.

22. Nothing in this Convention shall be interpreted as in any way limiting or detracting from the verification arrangements assumed by Argentina and Brazil under the Agreement on the Exclusively Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy.
22 - لا يوجد في هذه الاتفاقية ما يفسر على أنه يحد أو ينتقص، بأي حال من الأحوال، من ترتيبات التحقق التي تعهدت بها الأرجنتين والبرازيل بموجب اتفاق قصر استخدام الطاقة النووية على الأغراض السلمية.

Nothing in this Convention shall affect the right of any two or more States Parties to arrange by mutual consent for inspections or any other procedures among themselves to clarify and resolve any matter which may cause doubt about compliance or gives rise to a concern about a related matter which may be considered ambiguous.
وليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يؤثر على حق أي دولتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف في اتخاذ ترتيبات، بالتراضي، للتفتيش أو لاتخاذ أي إجراءات أخرى فيما بينها لتوضيح وحل أي مسألة قد تثير الشك في الامتثال أو تبعث على القلق إزاء مسألة متصلة بذلك قد تعتبر غامضة.

1 - ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يمس الحقوق والالتزامات والمسؤوليات الأخرى للدول والأفراد المقررة بموجب القانون الدولي، ولا سيما مقاصد ومبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقانون الإنساني الدولي.

Nothing in the present Convention shall affect the rights and obligations of States Parties under existing international agreements which relate to matters dealt with in the present Convention as between the parties to those agreements.
ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يمس بحقوق وواجبات الدول الأطراف بموجب الاتفاقات الدولية القائمة التي تتعلق بالمسائل التي تتناولها هذه الاتفاقية وذلك فيما بين أطراف تلك الاتفاقات.

Emphasizing that nothing in this Convention is intended to affect the rights and obligations of any Party deriving from any existing international agreement,
وإذ تشدِّد على أنه ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يرمي إلى التأثير على حقوق أي طرف وعلى التزاماته الناشئة عن أي اتفاق دولي قائم،
