“'Person responsible for a minor or helpless person'means any of the following:

The same acts committed in connection with a minor or several persons, on repeated occasions, by prior agreement with a group of persons or by making use of an official position or a person on whom the victim is materially or otherwise dependent are punishable by deprivation of freedom for a period of from five to ten years, with or without the confiscation of property.
