وفي المادة ٦٠١ ، قال ان وفده يحبذ عبارة " تقرر اشتراكات الدول وفقا لجدول متفق عليه لﻷنصبة المقررة يستند الى الجدول المستخدم للميزانية العادية لﻷمم المتحدة " .

With regard to acceptance of jurisdiction, his delegation was in favour of option 1 for article 7.
٦٢١- وفيما يتعلق بقبول الاختصاص ، قال ان وفده يحبذ الخيار ١ فيما يتعلق بالمادة ٧ .

With regard to the role of the Security Council, his delegation was in favour of option 1 for article 10 (2).
٠٦١- وفيما يتعلق بدور مجلس اﻷمن ، قال ان وفده يحبذ الخيار ١ فيما يتعلق بالمادة ٠١ )٢( .

As far as other crimes were concerned, his delegation was in favour of including terrorism and illicit drug trafficking.
٣٤ - وبالنسبة الى الجرائم اﻷخرى ، قال ان وفده يحبذ ادراج جريمة الارهاب وجريمة الاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات .

Regarding the establishment of an effective mechanism to encourage timely payment of assessed contributions, his delegation was in favour of a balanced approach and thought that more time would be needed to reach a consensus on measures that were of a relatively sensitive nature.
وفيما يتعلق بانشاء آلية فعالة لتشجيع سداد الاشتراكات المقررة في أوانها ، قال ان وفده يحبذ نهجا متوازنا ويعتقد أن هناك حاجة الى مزيد من الوقت للتوصل الى توافق لﻵراء على تدابير ذات طبيعة حساسة نسبيا .

Mr. MANSOUR (Tunisia) said that his delegation was in favour of option 3 for article 104.
٤٨ - السيد منصور )تونس( : قال ان وفده يحبذ الخيار ٣ فيما يتعلق بالمادة ٤٠١ .

Mr. KAM (Burkina Faso) said that his delegation was in favour of option 3 for article 104.

Regarding the Chairman’s second question, his delegation was in favour of a compromise solution combining parts of options 1, 2 and 4 for article 7.
