Article 17, paragraph 5, of the Act of public procurement law stipulates that persons performing actions in connection with award procedures shall be subject to exclusion, if they have been legally sentenced for an offence committed in connection with contract award procedures, bribery, offences against economic turnover or any other offence committed with the aim of gaining financial profit.
وتنص الفقرة 5 من المادة 17 من قانون الاشتراء العمومي على استبعاد الأشخاص الذين يقومون بأعمال ترتبط بإجراءات الإرساء إذا حُكم عليهم قانونيًّا لارتكابهم جريمة مرتبطة بإجراءات إرساء العقود والرشوة وجرائم تتعلق بحجم التداول الاقتصادي أو أيَّ جريمة أخرى ترتكب بهدف كسب أرباح مالية.

PPPs in these countries may be created and implemented under the existing legal framework, i.e. using a combination of other laws in the State, such as the public procurement or concessions law.
ففي تلك البلدان يجوز إقامة وتنفيذ شراكات بين القطاعين العام والخاص بمقتضى الإطار القانوني الساري، أيْ بالمزاوجة بين قوانين أخرى في البلد، مثل قانون الاشتراء العمومي أو قانون الامتيازات.
