٢٩١- وينص قانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " المعاشات التقاعدية " على توفير رعاية خاصة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

In accordance with the Act of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Azerbaijan of 14 June 1996, funds and other assets belonging to juridical and physical persons that are held by a credit organization may be frozen only following a court order and in accordance with legally established procedures.
وبموجب قانون جمهورية أذربيجان المعنون " المصارف والأعمال المصرفية في جمهورية أذربيجان " ، الصادر في 14 تموز/يوليه 1996، لا يجوز تجميد الموارد المالية والأصول الأخرى المملوكة لأشخاص اعتباريين وأشخاص طبيعيين، والمودعة لدى وكالات ائتمانية، إلا بالاستناد إلى قرار من جهاز قضائي وفق القانون المعمول بــه.

Furthermore, under article 113 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan SSR and article 6 of the Act of the Azerbaijan SSR " On the Nagorny Karabakh Autonomous Region " , one of the vice-presidents of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Azerbaijan SSR was elected from the Nagorny Karabakh Autonomous Region.

2. Below is the extract from the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On guarantees of gender equality " :
2 - فيما يلي مقتطفات من قانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " ضمانات المساواة بين الجنسين " :

Decisions, written instructions or official requests to conduct investigations may be issued only by persons who have such authority on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
ولا يجوز أن يصدر القرارات أو التعليمات الكتابية أو الطلبات الرسمية لإجراء التحقيقات إلا أشخاص لديهم هذه السلطة على أساس قانون جمهورية أذربيجان.

Employees are protected from sexual harassment by the Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On State guarantees of gender equality " from 2006 that strictly forbids sexual harassment.
والمادة 4 من قانون جمهورية أذربيجان المتعلقة بالضمانات التي توفرها الدولة لكفالة المساواة بين الجنسين تحمي الموظفين من التعرض للتحرش الجنسي، حيث أصبحت منذ عام 2006 تصنفه ضمن الجرائم المحظورة التي يعاقب عليها القانون عقابا صارما.

Concessions are considered for mothers of children with impaired health for their right of getting labour pensions, in the Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On labour pensions " dated February 7, 2009.
١٨٦- وتنص المادة ٨ من قانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " المعاشات التقاعدية " ، المؤرخ ٧ شباط/فبراير ٢٠٠٩ على منح امتيازات لأمهات الأطفال ذوي العاهات الصحية اللاتي من حقهن الحصول على معاشات.

Benefits shall be appointed for persons with disabilities and children with impaired health under the age of 18 by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On Social benefits " .
٢٩٥- ويقضي قانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " الاستحقاقات الاجتماعية " بصرف استحقاقات للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والأطفال ذوي العاهات الصحية الذين هم دون سن الثامنة عشرة.

(ix) Training on the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On Guarantees of Gender Equality " and its implementation, on CEDAW and its Optional Protocol.
' 9` لتدريب على قانون جمهورية أذربيجان المعنون " ضمانات المساواة بين الجنسين " وتنفيذه، وعلى اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة وبروتوكولها الاختياري.

Following the accession of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Convention additions and amendments were made to the " Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Prevention of Adult and Child Disability, Rehabilitation and Social Protection of Adults and Children with Disabilities " which was adopted on August 25, 1992.
وعلى إثر انضمام جمهورية أذربيجان إلى هذه الاتفاقية، أُدخلت إضافات وتعديلات على قانون جمهورية أذربيجان المتعلق بالوقاية من الإصابة بالإعاقة لدى الكبار والأطفال، وإعادة تأهيل المعوقين الكبار والأطفال وحمايتهم اجتماعيا، المعتمد في 25 آب/أغسطس 1992.

3. Since 2006, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On Guarantees of Gender Equality " has included in its Article 2.4, a definition of " gender-based discrimination " which is in line with and was inspired by the definition of " discrimination against women " contained in Article 1 of the Convention.
3 - منذ عام 2006، أدرجت المادة 2-4 من قانون جمهورية أذربيجان المعنون " ضمانات المساواة بين الجنسين " تعريفاً لمصطلح " التمييز على أساس جنساني " يتفق مع تعريف " التمييز ضد المرأة " الوارد في المادة 1 من الاتفاقية.

According to the Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On Rights of the Child " Children with mental and physical disabilities shall have the right to receive extraordinary, psychological, medical and defectological help determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
١٧٨- ووفقاً لأحكام المادة ٣٥ من قانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " حقوق الطفل " ، يحق للأطفال ذوي الإعاقات العقلية أو البدنية الحصول على مساعدة طبية إضافية أو لمعالجة الاختلالات الوظيفية، يقررها مجلس الوزراء.

According to the Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On the rights of the child " , protection of children deprived of parental care is ensured by their adoption, giving them to patronage, guardianship and other families and if not possible then placing them in relevant institutions.
١٩٣- وتنص المادة ٣١ من قانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " حقوق الطفل " على كفالة حماية الأطفال المحرومين من الرعاية الأبوية عن طريق تبنيهم، أو وضعهم في عهدة أسر تتكفل بتربيتهم ورعايتهم، أو وضعهم في المؤسسات المعنية إذا لم يتيسر ذلك.

According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan " On physical training and sports " , physical training and sports services are provided free for the disabled and children with impaired health in physical training-sports organizations of state and municipal authorities.
٣٢١- وينص قانون جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن " التدريب البدني والألعاب الرياضية " على توفير خدمات التدريب البدني والألعاب الرياضية مجاناً للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والأطفال ذوي العاهات الصحية في جمعيات التدريب البدني والألعاب الرياضية التابعة للحكومة والبلديات.

5. the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on domestic violence passed three readings during the summer session of the Parliament and was adopted on 22 June 2010. On 1 October 2010, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed a decree on the realization of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on domestic violence.
5 - خضع قانون جمهورية أذربيجان المتعلق بالعنف العائلي لثلاث قراءات أثناء الدورة الصيفية للبرلمان حتى اعتُمد في 22 حزيران/يونيه 2010، وفي الأول من تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2010 وقع رئيس جمهورية أذربيجان مرسوماً بإعمال قانون جمهورية أذربيجان المتعلق بالعنف العائلي.

In accordance with the Act of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Grants of 17 April 1998, agreements (decisions) concerning the provision of grants to foreign recipients by donors who are juridical or physical nationals of the Republic of Azerbaijan must be registered by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic.
وبموجب قانون جمهورية أذربيجان المعنون " الهبات " ، الصادر في 17 نيسان/أبريل 1998، يتعين تسجيل الاتفاقات (القرارات) المتعلقة بتقديم الهبات إلى متلقيــن أجانب من قِـبل جهات مانحة، تعتبر أشخاصا اعتباريين أو أشخاصا طبيعيين ينتمون إلى جمهورية أذربيجان، لدى مجلس وزراء جمهورية أذربيجان.

In accordance with the Act of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Non-Governmental Organizations (Voluntary Associations and Funds) of 13 June 2000, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic is responsible for carrying out official registration of non-governmental organizations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic concerning the registration of juridical persons.
وبموجب قانون جمهورية أذربيجان المعنون " المنظمات غير الحكومية (التنظيمات والصناديق الاجتماعية) " ، الصادر في 13 حزيران/يونيه 2000، تتولـى وزارة العدل بجمهورية أذربيجان تسجيل المنظمات غير الحكومية بشكل رسمي، وفق قوانين جمهورية أذربيجان بشأن تسجيل الشخصيات الاعتبارية.

Furthermore, the National Bank recommended that the Act of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Foreign-Currency Regulation of 21 October 1994 restricting the import into the territory of the Republic of foreign currency should be amended and supplemented in order to combat the circulation of funds from unknown or illicit sources.
