The adopted amendment would enter into force for those Parties that had accepted it on the ninetieth day after the deposit of instruments of ratification, acceptance, or approval by at least three-fourths of the Parties.
ويدخل التعديل المعتمد مرحلة النفاذ بالنسبة لتلك الأطراف التي وافقت عليها بعد تسعين يوماً من إيداع وثائق التصديق على التعديل، أو قبوله أو إقراره من جانب ثلاثة أرباع الأطراف على الأقل.

4. An adopted amendment shall be communicated by the Depositary to all Parties for ratification, acceptance or approval.
4 - يُرسل الوديع التعديل المعتمد إلى جميع الأطراف للتصديق عليه أو قبوله أو إقراره.

5. Ratification, acceptance or approval of an amendment shall be notified to the Depositary in writing.
5 - يتم إخطار الوديع كتابةً بالتصديق على أي تعديل أو قبوله أو إقراره.

Thereafter, the amendment shall enter into force for any other Party on the ninetieth day after the date on which that Party deposits its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval of the amendment.
ويبدأ نفاذ التعديل بعد ذلك بالنسبة لأي طرف آخر في اليوم التسعين بعد تاريخ إيداع ذلك الطرف وثيقة تصديقه على هذا التعديل أو قبوله أو إقراره.

(b) Encourage all States parties to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material to ratify, accept or approve the amendment adopted on 8 July 2005.

4. The adopted amendment shall be communicated by the Depositary to all Parties for ratification, acceptance or approval.
4 - يُرسل الوديع التعديل إلى جميع الأطراف للتصديق عليه أو قبوله أو إقراره.

Thereafter, the amendment shall enter into force for any other Party on the ninetieth day after the date on which that Party deposits its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval of the amendment.
ويبدأ نفاذ التعديل بعد ذلك بالنسبة لأي طرف آخر في اليوم التسعين التالي لإيداع ذلك الطرف وثيقة تصديقه على هذا التعديل أو قبوله أو إقراره.

3. Each State Party may, at the time of signature, ratification, acceptance or approval of or accession to this Protocol, declare that it does not consider itself bound by paragraph 2 of this article.
3- يجوز لكل دولة طرف أن تعلن، وقت التوقيع أو التصديق على هذا البروتوكول أو قبوله أو إقراره أو الانضمام إليه، أنها لا تعتبر نفسها ملزمة بالفقرة 2 من هذه المادة.

4. The adopted amendment shall be communicated by the Depositary to all Parties for ratification, acceptance or approval.

(b) After signing this Instrument, ratify, accept or approve it by the deposit of an instrument to this effect with the depositary.
(ب) أن تقوم بعد توقيع هذا الصك بالتصديق عليه أو قبوله أو إقراره بإيداع وثيقة تفيد هذا لدى الوديع.
