3- ولقد تزايد إدراك اللجنة، في اضطلاعها بمهمة رصد امتثال الدول الأطراف لالتزاماتها بموجب العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، لمدى تأثير السياسات والممارسات الاقتصادية الدولية في قدرة الدول على الوفاء بالتزاماتها التعاهدية.
