As decided by the Conference of the Parties in its decision VI/36, the second session of the Open-ended Working Group focused on legal and implementation issues.
15 - وتبعاً لما قرره مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره 6/36، فقد تركزت الدورة الثانية للفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية على القضايا القانونية وقضايا التنفيذ.

The Mobile Phone Working Group operates under the guidance of the Open-ended Working Group, as decided by the Conference of the Parties at its sixth meeting in its decision VI/31.
ويعمل الفريق العامل المعني بالهواتف النقالة بتوجيه من الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية وعلى النحو الذي قرره مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه السادس في مقرره 6/31.

Parties are required to report periodically on the implementation of the treaty (every two years, as decided by the Conference of the Parties).
ويقتضي الأمر من الأطراف الإبلاغ بشكل دوري عن تنفيذ المعاهدة (كل سنتين حسب ما ما قرره مؤتمر الأطراف).

1. This Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date on which not less than xx Parties to the Convention, incorporating Parties which accounted in total for at least xx per cent of the total global energy-related carbon dioxide emissions for [2007] as determined by the Conference of the Parties at its [ th] session, have deposited their instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
1- يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع ما لا يقل عن xx طرفاً من الأطراف في الاتفاقية، تضم أطرافاً تستأثر في المجموع بما لا يقل عن xx في المائة من إجمالي الانبعاثات العالمية من غازات ثاني أوكسيد الكربون المتصلة بالطاقة لعام [2007] على نحو ما قرره مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته [...]، صكوك تصديقها أو قبولها أو موافقتها أو انضمامها.

Reaffirms the continuation of the current institutional linkage and related administrative arrangements between the secretariat of the Convention and the United Nations Secretariat for a further five-year period, to be reviewed by both the General Assembly and the Conference of the Parties no later than 31 December 2017, as decided by the Conference of the Parties at its tenth session;

12 - تؤكد من جديد مواصلة الصلة المؤسسية الراهنة وما يتصل بها من ترتيبات إدارية بين أمانة الاتفاقية والأمانة العامة للأمم المتحدة لفترة أخرى مدتها خمس سنوات، على أن تستعرضها الجمعية العامة ومؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية في موعد أقصاه 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2016، حسبما قرره مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته العاشرة()؛
