١٠٦ - وذكرت أكاديمية القانون الدولي بلاهاي أنها قد خططت لعقد حلقة عمل تتناول بحث موضوع " اتفاقية حظر اﻷسلحة الكيميائية وإزالتها: نجاح كبير في نزع السلاح المتعدد اﻷطراف " ، وذلك في قصر السلم في لاهاي من ٢٤ الى ٢٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤.

The programme, which was held at the Peace Palace in The Hague from 16-18 April 1996, on the fiftieth anniversary of the Court's first sitting, brought together 110 of the most eminent scholars of the Court, the Legal Advisers from Member States and the judges of the Court.

It further stated that each year the programme of post-graduate scholarships gave some six graduate jurists from developing countries the opportunity, at the Academy's expense, of spending either two or three months in The Hague completing their theses. They received advice from the Academy's lecturers and made use of the Peace Palace library, which had one of the largest collections of literature on international law in the world.
وأضافت أن برنامج الزمالات لطلاب الدراسات العليا يعطي فرصة سنوية لستة من خريجي الحقوق في البلدان النامية لقضاء شهرين أو ثلاثة أشهر على نفقة اﻷكاديمية في لاهاي من أجل استكمال أطروحاتهم، وأنهم يتلقون النصح على أيدي محاضري اﻷكاديمية ويستفيدون من مكتبة قصر السلم التي تضم واحدة من أكبر مجموعات المؤلفات في مجال القانون الدولي في العالم.

As indicated in paragraph 5.22 (a) of the proposed programme budget, a provision of $13,200 is made for an increase in the contribution payable by the United Nations for its share of the general operating expenses of the facilities provided in the Peace Palace at The Hague for the Court.
ثالثا - ٥ وحسبمــا ورد فــي الفقـــرة ٥-٢٢ )أ( من الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة، أدرج اعتماد بمبلغ ٢٠٠ ١٣ دولار لمواجهة زيادة المساهمة التي تدفعها اﻷمم المتحدة لتسديد حصتها في مصروفات التشغيل العامة المتعلقة بالمرافق التي تزود بها المحكمة في قصر السلم في لاهاي.
