The Law of the Republic of Armenia " On making amendments and supplements to the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On the profession of advocate'" (HO-339-N) was put into effect on 1 January 2014 by virtue of points 3, 6, 11 of part 5 of Article 41 whereof free legal assistance is also provided, inter alia, to convicts, unemployed and the insolvent natural persons, who have submitted authentic data certifying the insolvency thereof.
