٢٧ - وقالت ينبغي أن تتخذ الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحالية المقررات اللازمة، لتوفير فرص جديدة لزيادة سبل وصول السلع والخدمات من بلدان أوروبا الشرقية إلى اﻷسواق العالمية، وينبغي أن تعكس هذه العناصر في قرار شامل عن قضايا التجارة الدولية يتم اعتماده في اللجنة الثانية.

The provisional agenda in section I above has been prepared by the UNCTAD secretariat on the basis of the mandate given to the Panel by the General Assembly resolution, taking into consideration the current critical international trade issues and their impact on the trade performance and prospects of island developing countries.

١١ ألف -٥٩ سيغطي المبلغ المطلوب )٤٠٠ ٣٧ دولار( تكاليف البعثات الاستشارية وبعثات تقصي الحقائق الموفدة إلى بلدان مختارة فيما يتعلق بالقضايا المتصلة بتنفيذ الاتفاقات الناشئة عن المفاوضات التجارية المتعددة اﻷطراف؛ والمشاركة في الاجتماعات الدولية بشأن قضايا التجارة الدولية البالغة اﻷهمية.

Therefore, international trade issues (particularly their development dimensions), which are subject to multilateral negotiations in the World Trade Organization (WTO), have been addressed in UNCTAD's intergovernmental meetings.
2- وعليه، فإن قضايا التجارة الدولية (وخصوصاً أبعادها الإنمائية) التي تخضع للمفاوضات المتعددة الأطراف في إطار منظمة التجارة العالمية، ما برحت تعالج في الاجتماعات الحكومية الدولية التي يعقدها الأونكتاد.
