(ب) القيام بحملات تثقيف للجمهور بشأن العواقب السلبية الناجمة عن سوء معاملة الأطفال وللنهوض بأشكال الانضباط الإيجابية واللاعنفية كبديل للعقوبة البدنية.

(d) Explicitly prohibit corporal punishment in law throughout the State party and carry out public education campaigns about the negative consequences of illtreatment of children, and promote positive, non-violent forms of discipline as an alternative to corporal punishment.

(c) Ensure that positive, participatory, non-violent forms of discipline are administered in a manner consistent with the child's human dignity and in conformity with the Convention, especially article 28 (2) as an alternative to corporal punishment at all levels of society.

The Committee reminds the State party of the commitment it made during the dialogue with the Committee and recommends that it take the necessary legislative measures to explicitly prohibit corporal punishment in all settings, conduct public awareness-raising campaigns about its harmful effects, and promote positive non-violent forms of discipline as an alternative to corporal punishment.

(c) Conduct awareness-raising campaigns to ensure that positive, participatory, non-violent forms of discipline are administrated in a manner consistent with the child's human dignity and in conformity with the Convention, especially article 28, paragraph 2, as an alternative to corporal punishment at all levels of society.
(ج) الاضطلاع بحملات توعية لضمان تطبيق أشكال تأديبية إيجابية وتشاركية وخالية من العنف بطريقة تتوافق مع الكرامة الإنسانية للطفل وبما ينسجم مع أحكام الاتفاقية، وبخاصة المادة 28(2) كبديل للعقوبة البدنية على جميع مستويات المجتمع.

(b) Take effective measures, including through public awareness campaigns involving children and traditional leaders, to promote positive, participatory and nonviolent forms of discipline as an alternative to corporal punishment at all levels of society, and to effectively implement the law prohibiting corporal punishment.
