Therefore, it is proposed that one Chief Contracts Officer (P-4) and one Contract Management Assistant (Field Service) be redeployed from the office of the Chief of Mission Support to the office of the Chief of Administrative Services, in order to allow the Chief of Mission Support to concentrate on overall strategic resource management as well as the headquarters, Kirkuk and Basra construction projects.

ويعزى انخفاض احتياجات بعثة الأمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة إلى العراق إلى أنه كان من المعتزم أصلا بدء تشييد مجمعين جديدين في مكتبي كركوك والبصرة في حزيران/يونيه 2011، بيد أنَّ اتفاقا تم التوصل إليه لاستخدام المجمّعين الحاليين التابعين للقوات المتعددة الجنسيات المغادرة في هذين الموقعين، مما أدى إلى تقليل النفقات عن المتوقع.
